Haqoff is an AI-powered platform that analyses Mumbai residential rental agreements and provides informational reports. Haqoff is operated as an independent technology service provider.

Haqoff is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services of any kind. Our output is informational only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal counsel.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Haqoff.
• You must have the legal authority to submit the agreement you upload.
• You must not use Haqoff in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Upload documents you do not have the right to submit.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from Haqoff.
• Use the service to generate or distribute misleading legal information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or availability of the platform.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the service without prior written consent.
• Upload documents containing personal data of third parties without their consent.

5.1 Your content

You retain all ownership rights to the rental agreements and documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant Haqoff a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, store, and analyse your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5.2 Our content

All software, design, text, graphics, logos, and analysis outputs generated by Haqoff's systems are the intellectual property of Haqoff. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our platform or generated reports for commercial purposes without our written consent.

• Haqoff's analysis is generated by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
• The service does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any analysis.
• Results may vary depending on the quality, format, and legibility of the uploaded document.
• Haqoff is designed for Mumbai residential rental agreements. Its accuracy for other document types or geographies is not guaranteed.

Nothing on Haqoff constitutes legal advice. The analysis provided is for informational and educational purposes only. You should always consult a qualified lawyer before signing any legal agreement or taking legal action. Haqoff is not responsible for any decisions you make based on its analysis.

As of the effective date of these Terms, Haqoff offers a free tier for initial analyses. If paid plans are introduced in the future, the applicable pricing will be disclosed clearly at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Haqoff shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill.
• Reliance on any analysis, score, or recommendation generated by Haqoff.
• Errors, bugs, or unavailability of the service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold Haqoff harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) any content you upload or submit.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Haqoff shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of Haqoff after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
